The purpose of the consultancy services is to conduct a feasibility study in terms of relevant policy review, forecast the sectoral demands, preparation of sector based Master Plan, fixation of priority projects and environment/social consideration for preparation of Township Development Plan in compliance with the guidelines of Government of Bangladesh (GOB).
