| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The consulting services include:
• Review and assess all available studies, surveys and sub soil investigations
• Conduct Traffic Surveys including demand assessment, forecast and generate traffic projection model, sub-soil investigations for river training works and location of proposed bridge on old Feni river channel and/or any other required.
• Prepare detailed Architectural & Structural Design and Estimate of tentative of 2(two) nos. (650m and 250m) 4-lane aesthetically magnificent Concrete Arch/ Extradosed or any other suitable bridge accepted by client.
• Prepare detail Architectural & Structural Design and Estimate of tentative 3.4km 4-lane connecting road, 4.3km river training and 3.4km slope protection and landscaping works.
• Prepare/review Risk Management Plan, Quality Management Plan, Occupational Health and Safety guideline, Environment and Social Safeguard document, Bid Document.
• Construction Supervision which includes mostly Technical Works and Quality Control.
• Monitoring System and Reporting.

Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are
a. At least 10 (ten) years of proven experience providing consulting services in the areas of design, supervision and monitoring of construction of 4-lane aesthetic bridge, road and river training.
b. Capacity in the design and implementation supervision of 4-lane aesthetic bridges, river training, roads and road embankment including slope protection.
