INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1. Development, Hosting and Installation of Student Facility Automation and Management Solution for 36 (thirty-six) Medical Colleges, Dental college, Institute, Provider with minimum 24 Months (up to June, 2022) Maintenance Support. Number of Colleges/Institute/Provider may increase and system must have a provision to add those.
2. Student Facility Automation and Management Solution must have Self-registration system to create student profile including student verification by respective college's authority. Solution must have a provision to create Faculty Profile. Also solution must include administrative information menu (Notice Board and Announcement, Course and Curriculum and Academic Calendar).
3. The Solution must have a full-fledged e-Library with up-to 500 selective books/medical journals (PDF) selected by the procuring Entity and uploaded by vendor. Also there must be a monitoring system to monitor students spending time in the library and what kind of content they are reading.
4. The Solution must have Offline Digital Classroom Module (class created by teacher, request by student for joining, approve, share digital media file, commenting, assignment management, quiz management excluding live streaming).
5. The Solution must have a full-fledged Institution-Student Interaction (student query) Module including status tracking (query by student, response by authority, summary by status).
6. The Solution must have Student Scholarship Management System (request for Scholarship, review eligibility, approve, fund allocation and release (received copy must be attached).
7. The Solution must have Accommodation/Hostel Management System (Lodging Module) (apply for room, review, approve and allocation).
8. The Solution must have Event Management System (create an event by student, if registration is required then event registration, approved registration, digital pass and event calendar).
9. Administrative Dashboard: Student Facility Automation and Management Solution must have real-time interactive Dashboard including graph and analytical data summary.
10. Solution must consist Admin Panel, User Management, Role Management, Log Management and Audit Trail.
11. Smart Search Engine: Solution must have a keyword based search engine to search any content within the solution using keyword considering authorization (access permission).
12. Maintenance must be considered for Application and Cloud Server (Hosting Server).

The firm must meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:
? Summarizing of bidder facilities, technical and other expertise in concept development and execution
? Description of assignments at least 1 (one) nos. of BDT 2 core on single work order from any Govt/semi-Govt/Autonomous Body
? Must have sufficient employees with for software development
? Availability of appropriate experience and professional qualification among applicant’s staff and adequate resources to carry out the assignment
? Must be a local IT/ITES firm with minimum 5 (five) years of practical experience of developing large scale software to automate organizational activities.
? Must have experience in design, development and implementation of 30 (thirty) Software Projects where minimum 2 (two) developed for Government organization (working experience with Ministry of Health and Welfare are preferable) and minimum total project value 2 (two) crore taka in maximum 1 (one) contract in last 5 (five) years.
? Must have a IT consultant with medical education background. Must need to share complete CV along with the proposal.
? Project must be delivered within 25th June 2020 and must be completed PAT and UAT before the delivery date.
? The solution must be developed for minimum 60 (sixty) thousand students (active/running student) to serve concurrently and TPS should be minimum 200. Inactive/passed student’s data must be archived.
? Must have liquid assets as working capital or credit line BDT 2 (two) crore.
? Yearly turnover amounting at least BDT 2 (two) crore. Must submit updated audit report of previous 3 (three) years.
? Must have valid Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Payment Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and Certificate of Incorporation (if any).
? Must have valid BASIS membership certificate.
