INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |

To develop skilled manpower for IT/ITES/BPO industry and creation of employment opportunities for both home and abroad . |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The Firm must provide that they have solid technical background and operational strength to undertake and take this assignment forward without any hindrance. Applicant must also have adequate technical ability resources and processes following are define edge minimum eligibility criteria.
1 . Must be a Bangladeshi firm having 3 Years General Experience with up-to-date valid trade license, TIN and VAT registration number and tax payment/ clearance of the previous year.
2 . Average Annual Turn Over of the firm(s) should be minimum BDT 25 Lakh for Packages during the last 02 years (Summery sheet of Turnover statement and year wise Audited financial reports of the firm(s) should be enclosed);
3 . The firm must have Similar national training service providing experience for minimum 2 (Two) years which can be relaxed in case of well-staffed and equipped training Institute.
4 . Availability of appropriate skills/ experts among staff demonstrated capacity to handle such assignment in terms of resource (Detailed CV must be provided). In house capability of Logistics, skilled Trainers and training equipment and respective Lab will be given preference.
5 . The firm must submit bank solvency certificate
6 . The firm must have the capability of providing working environment for all the trainees with facilities of multimedia projector, laptop, computer, graphics workstation, whiteboard, power backup, internet connectivity, air cooler etc.
7 . The firm having experience of conducting similar training at all divisions of Bangladesh will get preference.
8 . The firm may form of joint venture as per PPR-2008, in which case the firm/ entities shall be jointly liable for the entire consultant’s obligation under the contract. The total number of firms should not exceed 4. The firms must declare one firm in this association as "Lead Firm"
9 . The firm must have online platform to monitor the trainee and training activities.
10 . The firm can submit the EOI for maximum 4 lot of any packages but it will be awarded maximum Two LOT. If any Firm violates these rules, all EOI of that firm shall be rejected directly.
11 . The firm shall has to be submitted a tentative detail Course curriculum , Duration of the course and pre-requisite of the trainees for the LOT for which proposal will be submitted.
