| Brief Description of Assignment |

Under this consultancy services for Feasibility Study with Environmental & social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Economical & Financial analysis, Hydrological & Morphological Study, Digital Topographical Survey, Sub-soil Investigation & detailed Design and Estimating of Cable stayed Bridge/with alternate method of design on Sandha river, detailed design and Estimating of bridge on Belua River and Chandkathi River including 21(twenty One) nos (Approximately) small bridges & culverts and Detailed Design and Estimating of 36.00 km (Approximately) Road from Neserabad to Tungipara (via) Nazirpur, and preparation of BoQ, Detailed land acquisition and Re-Settlement plan. The construction of Cable stayed Bridge/with alternate method of design including approach road on Sandha River must comprise of about 1200m (3 Spans, central span minimum 200m). |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The Consulting Firm shall have a general experience of at least 15(fifteen) years and practical experience with proven records in conducting similar assignment (similar assignment means conducting Feasibility Study, Hydro- morphological Study, EIA, Sub-soil Investigation, Highway, Structural Design and cost estimate of large bridge). The EOI shall be evaluated on the basis of the following documents:
a) General experience of the firm (s)
b) Financial soundness of the firm (s)
c) Experience of the firm in similar projects of compatible size, complexity and technical specialty in the required area;
d) Staffing and logistics of the firm (s) Consultants are requested to submit the following supporting documents in support of the above mentioned criteria:
(a) Registration paper of the firm (s); (b) JV agreement/letter of association (if applicable); (c) Firm’s brochure; (d) Audited financial reports for last three years; (e) Service experience record (including nature, total cost, total input in terms of man month, employer, location of service etc.). Key Experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage.
Consultants may associate with other firm (s) to enhance their qualifications, but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected. It is preferable to limit the maximum number of firms will be 04 (four) in an association including the lead firm.
