| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) now invites eligible Individual Consultant (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. The services include: assess the level of satisfaction from road users in the RTIP-II-Additional Financing project area (Baseline Survey) and assess the level of satisfaction from road users in the RTIP-II parent project area (End line Survey), etc. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
• At least 20 years of similar work experience, study experience, report preparation and working knowledge on World Bank projects.
• Should have work experience in carrying out Social/Socio-economic survey in various infrastructure development projects including development partners assisted projects. Must have substantial field experience in statistical analysis and reporting.
• Excellent IT / computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). |

Consultants are requested to submit supporting documents in support of the above-mentioned criteria.
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 (Revised November 2017) (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
Selection of the above mentioned consultant will follow the procedures for selecting Individual Consultants described in the “The World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Procurement in Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, July 2016 revised in November 2017”. |
