INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
• Counting physical balance of different tiers of storage and reconcile with recorded balance.
• Analyzing root causes of discrepancies between physical balance and recorded balance (in any found). In case of analysis Inventory Management System shall audited.
• Conducting the commodity audit in line with responsibility of concerned logistics personnel.
• Checking correctness and timeliness of recording and reporting, functional status of WIMS&UIMS, stock out, loss or damage of commodities etc.
• Giving opinion on current management practice.
• Making recommendation for further improvement.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
• The consulting firm shall have minimum 05(five) years experience in public sector auditing.
• The consulting firm shall have experience of completion of 02(two) similar assignments i.e. physical inventory & commodity audit.
• The consulting firm shall have liquid asset of minimum BDT. 50(Fifty) lac.
• The consulting firm shall have a person to act as Team Leader, and 01 Supply Chain Management Specialist, 1(one) Inventory Management Specialist, 1(one) Audit Specialist, 1(one) and one Data Analyst,. The more number of these specialists will give an added advantage.
• The qualification of these positions shall be graduation in relevant field.
• The consulting firm shall have its office facilities, Company Profile, VAT-Tax Certificate, Registration, valid trade license and required support staffs.
The aforesaid criteria shall be considered to assess EOIs.
