| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1. Responsible for conducting research and data validation for the independent evaluation of SOEs’ performance, SOE Grants and Turnaround Strategy
2. Responsible for the analysis of in-depth assessment of fiscal risks related to SOEs beginning with a clear statement of enterprise objectives and the importance of the public policy objectives served by the enterprise.
3. Responsible for the analysis of SOEs’ debt and contingent liabilities and the preparation of the Statement of SOEs’ Debt and Contingent Liabilities to be presented to policymakers.
4. Conduct an assessment of existing SOE laws, rules and regulations to identify how to improve the current SOE legal framework.
5. Provide field level advice and expertise on technical and policy matters relating to governance, which may impact State Owned Enterprises. Provide technical support to all stages of SOE in the governance sector, may also be called upon to provide governance expertise overall SOE management. |

1. Senior Consultant- Research Analyst (Independent Performance Evaluation, SOE Grants and Turnaround Strategy):
Minimum Qualification:
Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant/ Cost & Management Accountant)/ Masters in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Public Administration/ Public Policy/ Management/ Financial Management/ Business Administration or any other relevant discipline;
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in general, non-profit, or government organization. Experience of working in SOEs will be preferred.
2. Senior Consultant -Research Analyst (Fiscal Risks Assessment)
Minimum Qualification:
Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant/ Cost & Management Accountant)/ Masters in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Public Administration/ Public Policy/ Management/ Financial Management/ Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.

Minimum 15 years of professional experience in general, non-profit, or government organization. Experience of working in SOEs will be preferred.
3. Senior Consultant -Research Analyst (Debt and Contingent Liabilities)
Minimum Qualification:

Minimum 15 years of professional experience in related field.
5. Senior Consultant (Governance)
Minimum Qualification:
Masters in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Public Administration/ Public Policy/ Management/ Financial Management/ Business Administration/ Governance Studies or any other relevant discipline;
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in Private sector/ Public sector/Corporate governance. |
