The consulting firm should fulfill the following requirements:
1. The firm must have valid Trade License, Incorporation in joint stock, TIN, VAT registration certificate, INCOME TAX clearance certificate and membership of BASIS
2. The firm must have 5 (Five) Years experience in Software and Mobile Application development especially in Education Technology Solution.
3. The firm must have experience in developing e-Learning Platform which have the following features:
a. Interactive e-Learning video streaming application development with encryption support and offline download capability.
b. Social learning/group learning facilities among users including asking question through text or image with interactive response capability from other users.
c. Real time assessment or exam feature including real time assessment result with statistics.
d. Online competition or live contest feature including public leaders board
e. Point based reward system
f. Online payment system integration
g. Robust content management platform including content upload, edit, and approval.
4. The organization must have executed during last 02 (Two) years at least 01 (One) project of e-Learning Mobile Platform of minimum work order value of BDT. 2,00,00,000.00 (Two Crore) from Govt./Semi Govt./Private Sector in Bangladesh.
5. Firm should have experience in developing 500 e-learning video content preferably in glass learning method.
6. Must have working capital/liquid assets/credit facilities amounting at least BDT 40.00 (Forty) Lacs.
7. The firm must have at least 15 fulltime Software Engineer, Software Developer and Programmer.
8. The firm must have experience of developing of at least 05 (Five) projects of similar nature in last 3 (three) years.
9. The firm must have the practical experience with modern DevOps practices including but not limited to Version Controlling, CI/CD pipeline, automated deployment in On-Premises, Public Cloud and Hybrid environment, Automated Testing, Containerization, Orchestration, Virtualisation, Monitoring & Evaluation system etc.
