At least Master’s degree in Environmental Science with B. Sc. in Civil Engineering or B. Sc. in Architectural Engineering. PhD degree will be considered as an additional qualification.Environment & Social Safeguard Specialist should have at least 10 (ten) years’ work experience in the field of civil engineering. He/she should have at least 05 (five) years’ experience having had responsibilities with substantial content of his/her position in environment, social safeguard and detail cost estimation.

He/she should have specialized knowledge and experience in preparing Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and techcical specifications. He/she should have hands on experience in AutoCAD and wish to travel anywhere in Bangladesh. He/she should fully conversant with environmental laws and rules or environmental safeguard measures as well as occupational health and safety. He/she should have the ability in computer operation with experience of working independently and should have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
