INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The consultant will ensure that the entire ICT system, including the hardware and software at the Resource Management Information System (RIMS) and the National Forest Inventory Unit functions smoothly |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
- Should have a minimum of 5 years of technology experience as maintenance engineer or Network and System administrator and with at least 5 years’ hands-on technical roles in the field and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals;
- Extensive knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, server maintenance and enterprise software applications;
- Experience in support and configure network devices. Must understand operating system architecture, troubleshooting tools, internet connectivity challenges and application internet service problem solving skills;
- Good knowledge of the MS Office applications, Internet and office technology equipment and Linux operating systems;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes;
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities;
- Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities;
- Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours;
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
Certification:
Valid Certificate of MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) preferred
