A well reputed national consulting firm for Preparing Architectural Plan, Architectural, Structural, Foundational and MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) Design with detail Analysis. Drawing, Specifications (floor plan, all elevation, sections, perspective views). Cost Estimate and Item wise Schedule with detail analysis following PWD rate schedule-2018 and Related Supervision during Construction Period for proposed 34 nos Site Separately (Each site containing Godown Complex. 2-Storied Building for office cum Bachelors Accommodation, Ansar Barrack, Watch tower, Boundary wall. Storm Drain, Internal Road, Internal Drain. Septic Tank and Soak Well etc for the project of Construction of 34nos.Fertilizer Buffer Godown. |

a)Having experience in both design and construction supervision for minimum 10 (ten) )years of -general experience
b)The consulting firm should have experience as prime consultant for at least 01(one) number similar type of
service(design & supervision) during last 03(three) years (Preferable Steel structure design) |

a) Intending consulting firm will be selected and identified following short listing process as per PPR-2008. RFP (Request for proposal) will be issued to the short-listed firms from the office of the undersigned.
b)The 03(three) sets of EOI(1original+2Copy) with supporting documents must be delivered at or before schedule time, date and address in sealed envelope marked. |
