| Brief Description of Assignment |

To increase the economic activities & Residential facilities,04 Nos 15 storied Residential Complex Project is being considered to be construct beside Kolatali- Bus Terminal Road, Cox's Bazar. The services to be provided by the Consultants will include but not necessarily limited to: a) Site Survey, Lay-out plan & preparation of Preliminary drawings, b) Soil investigation studies & report. c) Planning, Detail Architectural plan, Structural Design, Drawings & Sufficient X section with blow-up for Construction of 04 Nos 15 (Fifteen) Storied Building with a basement floor.
d) Design & Drawings for Electrification works including lift, AC,HVAC installation, e) Design & Drawings .for Sewerages Systems, Water supply, Sanitary & plumbing works, f) Design & Drawings for Gas connection works,
g) Preparation of detailed Estimate, Tender documents & Bill Of Quantities with Technical specification all documents must be prepared as per PPR-2008

CoxDA invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their Interest in providing these services. The applicants must have 10 years relevant experience in the field of design, documentation and construction supervision works. The consulting firms should be experienced and reputed In the similar field. Interested firms should submit the following;
a) Information in sufficient detail including brochures, description of experience in similar assignments, summaries of firm's technical and managerial capabilities, availability of resources etc. The EOI's would be reviewed on the basis of the following.
> Experience in Coastal area
> Registration of firm
> Availability of key professionals
> Availability of resources
> Experience of the firm(s) in similar task (volume & cost)
> Experience of the firm(s) in other works (volume & cost).

The firms may form Joint Venture, Consortium or Association (JVCA) LO enhances their qualifications, but should mention whether the Association is In the form of a "Joint Venture" or "Sub-Consultancy". In the case of joint venture, all firms/entitles shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire consultant's obligations under the contract. But in case of sub-consultancy the lead firm shall sign the contract and shall be liable for the entire consultant's obligations under the contract. It is preferable to limit the total number of firms including their associates to maximum of three Special Instructions. The proposals in two sets (i original+1 duplicate) shall be submitted by 2.00 pm on or before in sealed envelope delivered to office of Member (Engineering), Cox's Bazar Development Authority(CoxDA). |
