| Brief Description of Assignment |

SD: 05 Component Manager-02 for Capacity Enhancement of Data Management and Information System Component: Enhancing the capacity of the officials both from the Government and non-government relevant organizations to continue the achievements related with LDC graduation, seizing the graduation opportunities and overcoming the challenges of graduation.
SD: 13 Project Manager: The Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Project Steering Committee (PSC) within the constraints laid down by ERD. The Project Manager’s prime responsibility is to ensure that the project produces the results specified in the project document, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.

Component Manager-02 for Capacity Enhancement of Data Management and Information System Component: The Consultant must have at least Master’s Degree from a reputed university; PhD from reputed foreign university will be given preference. At least fifteen years of work experience in field of development cooperation or public administration. Should have hands-on experience in designing, monitoring, coordinating or overseeing training program on international development cooperation. At least 5 years’ experience in strengthening development effectiveness. Hands on experiences in Global Partnership Monitoring Survey.
SD: 13 Project Manager: The consultant must have at least Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Economics, or Social Sciences. At least 15 years of working experience in field of development project management, operation and implementation at national or international level. Should have minimum experience of 4-5 years in managing a foreign funded project as Project Manager. Working experience on LDC graduation related issues at national and global level. Experience in building and managing partnerships, including with national and international stakeholders.
