| Brief Description of Assignment |

The consulting firm will be responsible for recruiting 60 skilled & dedicated engineers (20 structural, 20 electrical & 20 fire safety engineers) for the govt.-funded “Implementation of CAP for factories under RCC” project, based on the defined experience & capacity. The firm will be responsible for administrative activities for the 60 recruits, while full operational authority will be at the hand of the Project Director/RCC Management. The engineers will be responsible for remediation monitoring through verification visit, safety assessment, design review, report progress of factories under National Initiative in mainly 4 RMG-dense districts. |

For the consultant firm:
• Must have DIFE Registration in manpower supply
• Must have min 5 years’ experience with govt./semi-govt./autonomous/multinational work ordering, with total amount of order in 8 crore BDT & min one single order of 2 crore BDT
• Must have sufficient proven/valid bank solvency
• Able to provide necessary engineering equipment for verification visits
