| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Description of assignment and monthly remuneration for individual national Consultants Consultant (Machine Learning Expert [Nos-1], IT Consultant (Software Architect) [Nos-1], Procurement Specialist [Nos-1], IT Specialist (Server Management) [Nos-1], IT Specialist (Application Management) [Nos-1] and Technology Management Specialist [Nos-3], are available at BCC Website www.bcc.gov.bd, It may also be collected from Project office during office hours. |

SD2 (1) IT Consultant (Machine Learning Expert): Bachelor in Computer Science /Engineering/ICT/IT/Statistics/Applied Statistics or equivalent discipline from reputed university. Minimum 4- year experience in relevant field where 2 years in the field of Machine Learning/ AI /Big data analytics. Publication in relevant field published in international journal/conference will get preference. NLP based research/project experience will get preference. Experience may be relaxed in case of highly qualified person or person with exceptional experience and meeting all other requirements.
SD2 (2) IT Consultant (Software Architect): Bachelor in Computer Science /Engineering/ICT or equivalent from reputed university. Minimum 5-year experience in the field of software development of which 2 year in Technical Lead or similar position. Extensive experience in providing solutions in the areas of customized application development, mobile solutions, and cloud solutions. Proven experience in translating business requirements into functioning architecture. Experience in large scale software development project will get preference. Experience may be relaxed in case of highly qualified person or person with exceptional experience and meeting all other requirements.
SD3 Procurement Specialist: BSc. Engineering or Masters in Economics/ Statistics/ Finance/ Business Administration/ Law/ Management or other relevant subject. At least 06(Six) years of work experience in capacity of procurement specialist/contract administrator/buyer or equivalent position including a minimum of 3(three) years in relevant public procurement. Working knowledge on PPA 2006 and PPR 2008. Experience in the preparation of bidding documents/Request for proposal for procuring of goods, works or service as well as equivalent of the same. Age must be within 50 years.
SD4 IT Specialist (Server Management): Bachelor in Computer Science/Engineering/ICT or equivalent from reputed university. At least 10 years of experience of which 5 years in the field of ICT. Experience in design and development of ICT products will have preference. Experience in similar position will get preference. Experience may be released in the case of highly qualified person or person with exceptional experience and meeting all other requirements. Experience in Bangla Computing will be treated as added advantage.
SD5 IT Specialist (Application Management): Bachelor in Computer Science/Engineering/ICT or equivalent from reputed university. At least 5 years of experience of which 3 years in the field of ICT. Experience in design and development of ICT products will have preference. Experience in similar position will get preference. Experience may be released in the case of highly qualified person or person with exceptional experience and meeting all other requirements. Experience in Bangla Computing will be treated as added advantage.
SD6 Technology Management Specialist: At least 2 years of experience of which 1 years in the field of ICT. Experience in design and development of ICT products will have preference. Experience in similar position will get preference. Experience may be released in the case of highly qualified person or person with exceptional experience and meeting all other requirements. Experience in Bangla Computing will be treated as added advantage.
Experience in Govt. EBLICT Project will be given preference.
