INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Technical Management Specialist will be required to develop policies and procedures and uses technology to enhance GRP software and services that focus on government stake holders. Brief Description of Assignment: Oversee the technologies, tools and techniques used within the team, consulting firm and vendor; Assure software development standards, policies and procedures are aligned with e-Government business process; Work closely with government stakeholders to understand the process and requirements; Monitor nominated consultants, consulting firm, project consultant and stakeholders for smooth development and implementation of Government ERP software; Assure quality of all developed modules of GRP software to satisfy FRS & SRS as specified and current industry best practices; Weekly task assignment and status report of Developers & Consultants as per work plan; Report regularly to the Project Director and assist day to day implementation of the project; Guide to proper resource utilization and level of effort provided to ensure timely delivery of activities; Follow up to meet milestones and achievements; Interact with stakeholders and software engineers on issues related to design and requirements. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
Minimum Master degree in Information Technology or Computer science, Computer Science and Engineering from any renowned university. Masters in Business Administration from a renowned university is preferable. Experience: Should have at least twelve years of experience in software development in large national/Govt. or international organization; Experience as Project manager on ERP systems is preferable; Strong communication skills in presenting, discussing and resolving issues of varied difficulties; Experience in integrated Project management planning with depth knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Technologically sound and strong commands on bug fixing; Experience with government business system/ process is preferred; Ability to work flexibly and adapt with different developers and environments where required. |

Experience in Govt. ERP project will be given preference.

Applicants shall have to submit EOI with their CV and forwarding letter in sealed envelope labeled with Individual Consultant for one of the above mentioned positions under Bangladesh e-Government ERP Project to the office of the undersigned.
