INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The Equipment Consultancy Services: This EOI is to recruit a consultancy company to support the Project Director and his/her technical team for smooth and standard establishment of BNCMRC. This technical assistance (TA) will not only contribute to the immediate TA needs of the project BNCMRC but will also inform the design of a longer-term institutional strengthening programme. Besides, the firm will execute the following works through the respective suppliers:
i). Equipment consultancy service packages with overall technical assistances including conducting procurement process, ensuring quality assurance (QA), proper installation and post-installation overall services.
ii). The recruited firm should inform the design of a longer-term institutional strengthening programme.
iii). Will contract the suppliers to provide Technical Assistance to establish, functionality and strengthen all the departments and supporting units according to the Development Project Proposal (DPP) and PPR Rules. |

Pre- qualifications for selection: The pre-qualifications for selection as a prospective bidder is specified below:
a) Registered as private limited company with minimum 6 years maturity
b) More than 5 (five) years of experience with similar electro medical equipment consultancy
c) Contract valued over 3 crores in a single contract for the above (b)
d) Have national/international expertise on at least the following categories professionals in expert pool
1. Laboratory Infrastructure Design Specialist. 2. Procurement Consultant. 3. Project management consultant with EME consultancy. 4. MEP (HVAC, Firefighting, Laboratory waste management, Water treatment, Electrical) with relevant experiences. 5. Medical Biotechnology. 6. Microbiology. 7. Cell Biology, Immunology, and Molecular Biology. 8. Virology and Pharmacogenomics. 9. Equipment Consultant experienced in laboratory setup
e) Will be able to hire other technical experts (national and international) as per requirement and whenever necessary
The EOI must contain the following documents:
• Organization profile with example of similar TA project management
• Proof of the pre qualifications (a, b, c)
• CVs and related documents of key technical experts (signed by the organization) (d)
• Relevant Project Data Sheets (PDS)
• Copy of certificates of incorporation and trade license
• Copy of TIN
• Copy of VAT registration certificate
• Updated Copy of Income Tax Return
Note: EOI should be submitted in a sealed envelope with one original + one copy mentioned on the top of the envelope on or before 09/06/2019 12:30 PM. |
