a) Topographic Survey & Sub Soil Investigation.
b) Detail Architectural plan, Structural Design, Drawings & Sufficient Cross sections with blow-up for Construction of a 05 (Five) Storied Building .
c) Design & Drawings for Electrification works including lift, HVAC instal-lation , CCTV, Networking , Sound & Fire Fighting System.
d) Design & Drawings for Sewerages Systems, Water supply, Sanitatary, plumbing works & Gas connection works.
e) Detailed Interior & Landscape Design.
f) Preparation of detailed Estimate, Tender documents & Bill Of Quantities, selection of contractor and full time supervision. |

*Administrative strength logistics and financial capability (Audited Financial Statement of FY:2015-2016,2016-2017 & 2017-2018.) |

Any EOI submitted after closing time and date or submitted through telex / fax / mail / courier shall not be entertained.. |
