The Training/ Travel Management Firm will be responsible for management of overseas training and study visit under Human Resources (HR) Management Software of Department of Social Services-Project.

Company that submits an EOI shall be evaluated using, but not limited to, the following minimum criteria which the company or individuals, within the company, must provide documentary proof of compliance.
1. Vendors must provide proof of developing reporting and analysis of Database metrics as related to current project.
2. Vendors must provide proof of developing mechanisms to administer technical information and update rollouts.
3. Vendors must provide plan to incorporate entity relationship, and HRM management structure as developed for current project.
4. Proven implementations of administrator interface for large scale software implementations.
5. Vendors must provide development capability of developing and implementing cloud / tertiary based backend structure.

"1) Interested company must have at least 10 (ten) years’ proven experience.
2) Two signed copies with an original and a photocopy for this package of EOI shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address below.
3) A scan copy of EOI documents (PDF file in a CD) shall be submitted along with the original EOI.
4) Consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the PPR-2008. "
