| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Urban Planner (01 no): Graduation in Urban and Rural/ Regional Planning from any recognized University/Institute. Master degree in related subjects (urban Planning/Environment/ Disaster management) is preferable. At least 18 years of general work experience with at least 12 years of experience in the field of urban planning especially experience in Master Plan preparation is preferable; Design Engineer (01 no): Minimum B.Sc. in Civil engineering from any reputed University having at least 15 years of overall experiences out of which 10 years of relevant experience in design and supervision of Civil Construction works; Quantity Surveyor (01 no) : Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized Institute of Bangladesh and having 15 years of overall experience out of which 10 years of relevant experience in cost analysis, estimation and bill of quantities of Civil Construction works; Estimator (01 no) : Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized Institute of Bangladesh and having 10 years of overall experience out of which 5 years working experiences in different organization relating to similar assignment; CAD Operator (01 no) : Minimum Diploma in Civil/Architecture from any recognized Institute of Bangladesh and having 2 years of overall experiences out of which 01(one) year of relevant experience in different organization relating to similar assignment. |
