| Brief Description of Assignment |

The consulting service include:
(a) a) 1st phase: Detailed surveys, soil test, design, preparation of drawings, specification, cost estimate, preparation tender document (STD) etc. for dredger base infrastructure (like office building, ware house, dormitory, 01 nos dredger base officers quarter, staff quarter, along with 1 training Institute and other construction work design, drawing & Supervision in 4 (four) areas.
(b) b) Scrutinize of design, construction supervision; Field of expertise shall be in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, etc.. Estimated staff-months, no. of professional staffs and field of expertise will be finalized before issuance of RFP document.

Services (brochure of firms, description of similar assignments, experience in similar operation conditions, availability of appropriate professional qualification and experience among staff, etc.).
Interested consulting firms are required to submit the following documents complete in all respects with one original and one copy:
1. Application for Expression of Interest;
2. Registration of Firm (Updated Trade license, Updated TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate to be submitted);
3. Age of Firm (About 4 years);
4. Brochures & Company Profile;
5. Experience of the firm should have 10 years experience in various type of civil Engineering consultancy works but preference will be given to the firm who have experience in doing similar type of works;
6. Details of all ongoing similar task & time period for completion of each work (if any);
7. Availability of resources (Manpower, equipment, software etc.);
8. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility shall be Tk. 100.00 lakh and
9. Letter of Intent/association has to be submitted if jointly applied.
Supporting documents have to be attached for all criteria.
