Course Outline: IT Support Technician ( NTVQF*Level-1):
Following NTVQF (National Technical and Vocational Qualification Framework)-78 days Training:
No.of trainees per batch =20, No of batches = 15, Duration of course = 78 days (360 hours), Course hour = 5 hour per day, 4 Session per day, Trainers = 2 Nos. per day.
Panchagarh districts- (Panchagarh Sadar, Debiganj, Boda); Kurigram districts- (Phulbari, Bhurungamari) Lalmonirhat districts- (Lalmonirhat Sadar, Patgram, Hatibandha).

? Vendor must have minimum 3 year(s) experience in conducting IT Support Technician or similar training.
? Vendor must have instructor who have minimum educational qualification as B.Sc. in Computer Science or relevant subject from reputed university.
? Vendor must have the availability of key professional staff;
? Vendor should have to submit the turnover of the last 3 (three) years;
? Vendor must submit the details training management plan and scheduling;
? Vendor should submit other relevant information like Trade License, VAT/IT Certificate, Company Registration etc.
? Vendor will have to arrange lab facility for the training in the training location.
? Vendor have to submit 78 days training module and curriculum regarding the training;
? IT Support Technician (NTVQF*Level-1) training course outline will be available in DoICT website www.doict.gov.bd;
? Vendor should have capability conduct training in rural areas of-
• Panchagarh Sadar, Debiganj and Boda Upazila of Panchagarh district.
• Lalmonirhat Sadar, Hatibandha and Patgram Upazila of Lalmonirhat district
• Phulbari and Bhurungamari Upazila of Kurigram district.

• Tender may be submitted as a single or joint venture.
• One Vendor may associate with other Vendors to enhance their capability to carry out the assignment. The association may be either in the form of Joint Venture or Sub-Consultancy (Legal documentary evidence must be submitted). In case of a Joint Venture, all members of such association should have real and well defined inputs to the assignment and it is preferable to limit the total number of Vendors in the association to a maximum of three.
• All EOIs (One original and one copy) must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Expression of Interest for Selection of Vendor for Training of IT Support Technician (NTVQF*Level-1) to the undersigned by hand, /courier service/guaranteed express service through the post office. No EOI will be received through e-mail. Any EOI received after the deadline will not be accepted. Any attempts to unduly persuade the procuring entity by any applicant will be ground for disqualification. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the EOIs without assigning any reason whatsoever. The EOI notice will also be available in the websites www.doict.gov.bd and CPTU website.
