| Brief Description of Assignment |

The scopes of consultancy services include but not limited to the following:
(i) Carry out cost analysis of various cost centers of CPA & LPA and Unit Cost of Container and Cargo Handled by the CPA & LPA.
(ii) Analyses to reduce time to export (Border compliance)
(iii) Analyses to reduce cost to export (Border compliance)
(iv) Analyses to reduce time to export (Documentary compliance)
(v) Analyses to reduce cost to export (Documentary compliance)
(vi) Analyses to reduce time to import (Border compliance)
(vii) Analyses to reduce cost to import (Border compliance)
(viii) Analyses to reduce time to import (Documentary compliance)
(ix) Analyses to reduce cost to import (Documentary compliance)
(x) Service Simplication & Cost reduction dealing Container & Cargo.
(xi) Any other work related to above works

The consulting firm(s) shall be eligible to participate and shall have the following experience and resources but not limited to:
a) The consulting firm shall have experience in Financing and Financial Modeling special focus to port operation.
b) The consulting firm shall have adequate number of human resources with experience in relevant field.
(c) The consulting firm shall have adequate Physical Resources.
d) The consulting firm shall have adequate financial capability such as turnover, liquid asset etc.
e) Interested consulting firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar operating condition, availability of appropriate professional qualification and experiences of staff, financial capabilities etc). The Expression of Interest (EOI) shall be evaluated on the basis of the following to prepare a short list:
• Age of the firm in respect of registration.
• Firm's available facilities, areas of professional/expertise/specialization for the assignment.
• Description of similar assignments with documentary evidence.
• Availability of appropriate professional qualifications and experience among staff and availability of adequate resources for the assignment.
• Financial and Managerial capacity.
• The services for the assignment shall have to be delivered within 06 (sixt) months from the signing of the contract. |

a) The consultant (firm) shall be selected in accordance with PPA/2006 and PPR/2008 as enforced in Bangladesh.
b) Expression of Interests (EOI) in two sets [One original + one duplicate] shall be submitted in sealed envelope, delivered to the address of the undersigned.
