Brief Description of Assignment |

Digital Crime and Criminal Tracking System (DCCTS) aims to integrate all the data records of crime into a Crime Data Management System (CDMS), which is presently operational in as many as 643 police stations, 64 districts and 8 Metropolitan police units. CDMS was developed by Bangladesh police. It needs to integrate with different software and platforms used by different agencies and to digitize police records. The proposed project also involves police personnel and setting up of citizen portal to provide services to citizens. |
Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

? Must have experience in consultancy for successful implementation of e-policing/ Crime and Criminal Tracking System in any states/countries.
? Experience of works conducted in same kind of working environment and circumstances.
? Statement of skilled and professionally competent workforce of the organization in accomplishing the work.
? Financial solvency and managerial competence.
? Statement of accomplished consultancy in similar fields for last 10(Ten) years.
? The firm can make JV(Joint Venture) with any international consultancy firm in regards to meet the required experience.
? All kinds of supporting documents must be submitted for the proof of experience.
