| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Procurement Specialist: Assist in preparing and updating periodically the project procurement plan and use of the web based Systemic Tracking of Exchanges in Procurement for procurement activities; Prepare drafts of Invitation for Bids, Request for Expressions of Interest, Bidding Documents, and Request for Proposals.
Trade Expert: Guide Data Entry Consultant to collect and upload the latest trade related contents viz. Circular, SROs, Law, Form, News, Announcement, Article, etc.
Data Entry Consultant: Design and develop contents for the BTP Website and Mobile Application as per the requirement of the Ministry of Commerce; Write appropriate code as required to upgrade the BTP Website.
Focal Point Coordinator: Regularly discuss with the Focal Point Agencies to collect all updated trade related information. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
Procurement Specialist: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Masters in Procurement / Supply Chain Management, Law, Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration. Minimum 07 years procurement experience with a Government/ Public Enterprise/ UN agencies, World Bank, ADB or have had responsibilities with a substantial content of his /her position in the procurement area.
Trade Expert: Post Graduate degree from a reputed and recognized university in International Trade/Business/Economics/Law/Public Policy or a Trade related discipline; A minimum 5 (Five) years of experience in the Development Sector, working with government on Private Sector Development, Trade/ Investment Promotion issues will be an advantage.
Data Entry Consultant: Bachelor degree from a reputed and recognized university in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), ICT, Software Engineering or related discipline. A minimum 5 (five) years of experience in IT Sector with 3 (three) year experience in Website Management, Content Development and Upload.
Focal Point Coordinator: Post Graduate degree from a reputed and recognized university, preferably in trade related discipline. A minimum 5 (five) years of experience in the trade or business sector. Experience in trade/investment promotion coordination will be an advantage. |
