| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Scope of works is
a) Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Modern Real-Time Web Based On-Line Centralized Toll Collection System and related all Services (Hardware);
b) Collection of Toll and deposit in the designated Bank Account of BBA
c) Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of the Toll Management System for 5 (Five) years
d) Repair of 2 nos existing weigh scale system including Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for 5 (Five) years to control overloaded vehicles.
e) Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of 6th Bangladesh-China Friendship Bridge for 5 (Five) years.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

a) Background of the firm(s) with general and overall experience including company’s brochure
b) Availability of appropriate skills staff (list of relevant professional staff, their qualification and experience)
c) Experience: Having experience of 1 (one) completed similar works within last 5 years in the tune of taka BDT 15.00 (Fifteen) core or equivalent in a single contract. This shall be supported by authenticated completion certificate issued by the competent concerned authority.
d) Availability of resource and demonstration of capacity to carry out such assignment.
e) Company’s incorporation certificate, trade license, VAT registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, Bank solvency certificate, audit report/turn over report of the company.

Submission of EOI should be in hard bound form bearing the name and address of the EOI no & date and be addressed to the EOI issuing Authority. The EOI shall be submitted in one original and one copy duly marked as ‘ORIGINAL” and/or ‘COPY.in two separate sealed envelopes. Both these envelopes shall then be placed in a cover envelope duly marking the name and address of the EOI no & date and be addressed to the EOI issuing Authority. The Page no of the EOI shall be marked serially on every page.
The EOI submitted either in loose form of spiral binding shall not be entertained.
a) Interested firms may associate with other firms (Domestic or International) to enhance their qualifications but should mention whether the association is in the form of “Joint Venture)(JV)” or “Sub-Contractor/Sub-Consultancy”. In Case of association with other firm(s) all members of such “association” shall have real and well defined input of assignment.
b) In addition to the above the JV shall have to comply with the experience mentioned in “Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity required” collectively.
c) The experience of the “sub- contractor/ Sub- Consultants” will not be considered for evaluation.
d) Not more than three joint venture partners (Including the lead partner) shall be allowed to form a JV for submission of their interest under the EOI.
e) In case of JV the authorized representative shall be from the lead partner.
