. Year of experience should not less than 10 years for a Firm/ Company/JVC/Firm of Association for services serial 15
b. Consultant should have completed Interior Design/Drawing, 3-D view etc and other services mentioned in serial 15 at least 04 (Four) Numbers same nature Buildings.
c. Consultant should have completed Interior Design/Drawing, 3-D view etc using modern Interior Design software etc mentioned in serial 15 at least 04 (Four) Nos Mess Complex or in similar nature.
d. Consultant should have using Modern Interior Design mentioned in serial 15 and at least 04 (Four) 07 storied Residential/Public/Same nature Buildings in similar nature.
e. Consultant should have at least minimum experience 10 years in Interior Design,02 (Two) Graduate architect with 05(Five) years Field Experience in Interior Decoration (ID), 01 (One) Graduate Electrical Engineer having Experience 05 (Five) years and 01 (One) Mechanical Engineer having 03 (Three) years experience in their related works / field and Full Time Employee for services serial
f. Additional experiences and qualification other than mentioned in Para 15 and 17 will get preference for the short listing of consultant.
Consultant without having eligible criteria should not apply for EOI.
