For (1) Construction Supervision Consultant:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or any equivalent degree; preference will be given to candidates with professional certifications of Civil / Structural engineering or relevant Post-graduate qualification.
At least 15 (fifteen) years of professional experience in supervision of Pre-stressed Concrete construction, large bridge construction works having capacity to maintain liaison with counterpart government officials, Experience in working for RHD, LGED large scale bridges will be treated as advantage.
For (2) Foundation & Geo-technical Expert:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil /Foundation/Geotechnical Engineering or any equivalent degree; preference will be given to candidates with professional certifications of civil engineering or relevant Post-graduate qualification.
At least 15 (fifteen) years of professional experience in supervision of large bridge construction works, having capacity to maintain liaison with counterpart government officials, Experience in working for RHD, LGED will be treated as an advantage. |

The services include Supervision of construction works for completion of an incomplete Pre-stressed Concrete bridge over Lohalia River in Sadar Upazila under Patuakhali district.
The Project Director now invites eligible Applicants to apply for above positions. Applicants are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (complete CV with other details as required as per Section 3 of this document).
A Consultant will be selected using the selection of individual consultant sub-method in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2008. It is expected that the services will be commenced on February 2019 at Patuakhali and shall be completed on December 2020 until otherwise extended the contract.
Interested consultants are requested to submit their expressions of interest in accordance with the prescribed Application Forms which may be obtained by the office of the undersigned during normal office hours or by e-mail ( pd.lohalia@lged.gov.bd ) upon request.
Expressions of Interest shall be submitted in sealed envelope delivered to the undersigned and be clearly marked “Request for Expressions of Interest for Selection of ---------“. |
