(i) Training need assessment and scope for beneficiaries and staff under the project; (ii) preparation of training calendar, logistics, venues, etc. and coordinating with other entitites of the project; (iii) making available training logistics; (iv) training management; (v) technical advisor for all trainings; (vi) reporting, (vii) gender balancing in training, (viii) social/cultural issues etc. (Detail is in TOR). |
