| Brief Description of Assignment |

Design Review supervision and Monitoring Services for Construction of 3(Three) Nos. Community Center.
Under Dhaka South City Corporation., which includes-
• Prepare the work schedule (Gantt Chart) for monitoring the implementation progress of the Works;
• Review of detail design: Architectural and Structural, working drawings for both;
• Assist in tender document(TD) preparation;
• Assist in Evaluation of Tender Documents;
• Quality control of construction materials and works;
• Full time supervision of construction works;
• Submit reports as required; and
• Submit completion report along with all documents (including as-built drawing, design and other engineering drawing and designs).

(a) The EOI must contain information demonstrating that they are qualified to perform the services delineated above. Criteria of evaluation of the EOI shall include:
Eligibility – the firm or, in case of a consortium, the lead firm or any member of the consortium must not be included in the list of sanctioned firms by the Bangladesh Government;
Management Competence – information such as the age, legal status, reputation, organizational structure, and financial and managerial capability of the firm or the consortium shall be assessed to judge their competence;
Technical Competence – the EOI should summarize the diversified experiences of the firm (or combined experiences of the consortium) supported by project sheets, which should be annexed to the EOI; and
HR Competence – the EOI should demonstrate the availability of pool of qualified and experienced engineers with the firm or the consortium.

Interested firms shall submit expression of interest (EOI) to the DSCC within the given time frame. The EOIs will be evaluated according to the provisions of the Public Procurement Rules-2008 Guidelines.
In a case where more than one firm forming a consortium to enhance their qualifications, the lead firm should submit the EOI. The EOI should outline the rationale for the proposed consortium, and describe how the work will be coordinated, managed, and quality control assured. They should have proven track records of management and financial solvency.
