| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The project has been prepared for 227 upazilas to create new office and new office complexes. Out of which three are newly created and one is river eroded. 6th floor foundation of 04 (four) storied administrative buildings and 1(one) hall room will be constructed in each upazila. For this one master plan has to be prepared for Upazila Parishad. The Consultants will asisist LGED to develop & prepare structural design criteria and detail design, drawings of the aforementioned infrastructure & prepare master plan. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. Senior Structural Engineer : Overall experience of 15 years with at least 10 years specific experience in the relevant field of assignment. Details TOR will be available at PD’s office.
2. Junior Structural Engineer with Supporting Staff (Auto Cad Operator) : (a) Junior Structural Engineer: Overall experience of 5 years with at least 3 years specific experience in the relevant field of assignment. Details TOR will be available at PD’s office.
(b) Auto Cad Operator: Musthave overall experience of 5 years with at least 3 years specific experience in the relevant working experiences in different organization relating to similar assignment. Details TOR will be available at PD’s office.
3. Architect with Supporting Staff (Cleaner) : (a) Architect: Should have 5 (Five) Years Professional experience in Architectural Design along with 03 (three) Years experience in Preparing Master plan & Topographical Survey relating to similar assignment. Details TOR will be available at PD’s office.
