| Brief Description of Assignment |

a) Electronic / Computerized Toll Collection of Lalon Shah Bridge.
b) Operation and Management (O&M) of Electronic/Computerized online (web-based) real time multi-station toll monitoring Toll Collection System existing at site.
c) Up-gradation of existing toll collection system including solution for online (web-based) real time multi-station toll monitoring system establishing link with BRTA data base system and radio frequency identification system (RFID).

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. Experience of the Firm in similar assignment completed successfully /ongoing successfully during the last 10 (ten) years as follows:
a) Design, development, supply & installation or upgradation of online (web-based) real time multi-station toll monitoring electronic/computerized toll collection system of major bridge/flyover/highway/expressway with minimum contract value of BDT 1 (one) crore in a single contract completed over a period of last 10 (ten) years or ongoing project supported by authentic documents.
b) Operation & Management (O&M) of online (web-based) real time multi-station toll monitoring electronics/computerized toll collection and traffic data management system of major bridge/flyover/highway/expressway with minimum contract value BDT 3 (three) crore in a single contract completed over a period of last 10 (ten) years or ongoing project supported by authentic documents.
c) Background of the firm(s) with general experience of minimum 5 (five) years in IT sector related works by authentic documents and overall experience including company’s brochure.
2. Experience of the Firm(s) in similar assignment executed/completed during last 10 (ten) years in similar operating condition.
3. Availability of the appropriate skilled staff (list of relevant professional staff including their qualification & experience in similar nature of works) and availability of the resources & demonstration capacity to carry out such assignment.
4. Financial capability & administrative/managerial strength:
a) Average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 4 (four) crore over the last 5 (five) years.
b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be BDT 1 (one) crore.
c) Company’s incorporation certificate, updated trade license, VAT registration certificate, latest income tax (IT) certificate and administrative/managerial structure with company’s organ gram with list of staff.
