• Advanced qualifications in business, finance, accountancy, civil/mechanical/electrical engineering or related expertise. • Proven expertise and experience of design, preparation, contracting and management of infrastructure projects. • Expertise in M&E including the creation of a delivery and performance monitoring system for the infrastructure projects. • Broad business development and finance experience in a range of countries, especially South Asia. • Previous experience working with Government counterparts. • Experience working in English and local language. |

The consulting services (“the Services”) include (a) soliciting of investment proposals; (b) analytical (pre-feasibility /feasibility and engineering studies); (c) appraisal of investments; (d) technical design, drawings, and specification; and (e) drafting of procurement documentation with technical specifications. The firm hired to manage and operate the Facility will comprise approximately six full-time professional staff (head, chief engineer, architect, financial specialist, and two senior engineers) in addition to support staff and a pool of part-time specialists that can be drawn upon as needed. The Facility will be active up to 54 months initially from December 2018. |
