The EOIs would be reviewed on the basis of the following to prepare a shortlist:
a) General experience of the Consultants;
b) Experience in similar assignments of compatible size, complexity and technical specialty in the required area during last the 15 (fifteen) years counted backward from the date of REOI issuance;
c) Human resources of the firm and its association (if any) with appropriate skills and their availability in course of implementation of the assignment;
d) Demonstrated capacity of the firm with documentary evidence to handle such assignment;
e) Support services (staffing and logistics) of the consulting firm and its association (if any); |
