Appointment of Consultant for Preparation of Architectural/Structural Design/Drawing, Interior Design (ID), etc for Establishment of Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn And Plastic Surgery, Dhaka
a. Preparation of Architectural/Structural Design/Drawing, Interior Design (ID), 3D View, Animation (If required) etc , necessary Electrical works Related with the structure as required, Other related works, External works as required, Acoustic works etc, Estimate, Priced Bill of Quantities with Details Specification for the above works complete including Top Supervision.

Consultant should fulfill the following criteria :
a. Year of experience should not less than 10 years for a Firm/ Company/JVC/Firm of Association for services serial 15 and 15 (a).
b. Consultant should have completed Architectural/Structural Design/Drawing, ID etc and other services mentioned in serial 15 and 15 (a) at least 02 (Two) Numbers 15 storied including 3 Basement Hospital/Public/Same nature Buildings or minimum 10 (Ten) Numbers 10(Ten) storied including building with 1/2/3 Basement Public buildings or in similar nature.
c. Consultant should have completed Structural Design/Drawing using modern design software (STAAD-PRO, ETABS/SAP) etc mentioned in serial 15 and 15(a) Buildings /Complex or in similar nature.
d. Consultant should have using Modern Design Technology, Methodology etc mentioned in serial 15 and 15(a) for Construction of Hospital/Public/Same nature Buildings in similar nature.
e. Consultant should have at least 02 (Two) Architect, 02 (Two) Graduate Structural Engineer with minimum experience 10 years in High Rise Building, 02 (Two) Graduate Civil Engineer with minimum 05(Five) years Field Experience, 01 (One) Graduate Electrical Engineer having Experience 05 (Five) years in Hospital and 01 (One) Mechanical Engineer having 03 (Three) years experience in their related works / field and Full Time Employee for services serial 15 and 15 (a)
f. Additional experiences and qualification other than mentioned in Para 15 and 17 will get preference for the short listing of consultant.
. Consultant without having eligible criteria should not apply for EOI.
