| Brief Description of Assignment |

"The services includes but not limited to : a) Study of existing systems, need assessment, System Analysis, Design, Development, implementation, operation and software maintenance for a particular period.
b) Prepare technical specification, detail cost estimate and supervision for the Hardware and Network which will be used to implement the developed software.
c) To operate the developed software, the firm will have to depute the competent data entry/computer operator who will capable to operate the hardware/system of latest brand/version.
d) Technology transfer or providing training to the selected personnel on operation, repair and maintenance of implemented system.
e) All other necessary services as seems to be required during implementation and operation of the system.

Minimum 07 (Seven) years. The firm must have successful completion experience of at least 03(Three) numbers of similar types of services (System Analysis, Integration or upgradation including detail design, cost estimation, implementation and supervision etc.) including Govt., Semi-Govt/Autonomous Bodies during the last 05 (five) years. The firm should have to submit Income tax certificate, VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate and other relevant commercial documents.
