| Brief Description of Assignment |

The consultant will undertake the following tasks:
• Background Study with air quality dataand worldwide various Act (Regional and International), UN, WB, WHO, ADB and IFC requirements;
• Rationale of the ACT, country context and its urgency in Bangladesh perspective in line with ambient, indoor, exhaust (emission) and fugitive pollution perspective of Bangladesh;
• Goals and Objectives to be achieved through the Act;
• Others tasks as mentioned in Terms of Reference (ToR). |

The consulting firms submitting EoIs for this service contract will be evaluated on the following qualifications,
(a) General experiences of the firm;
(b) Specific experiences of the firm for handling similar assignments;
(c) Qualifications and experience of the Legal Expert of the consultant’s team;
(d) Qualifications and experience of the Air Quality Specialist of the consultant’s team.
(e) Qualifications and experience of the Industrial & Vehicular Emission Specialistof the consultant’s team.
(f) Human resources and infrastructure facilities of the firm.
