| Brief Description of Assignment |

1) These consultancy services include top supervision, modification/revision of the design & drawings as per requirement, deputation of 1(one) experienced Civil Engineer at site for 30 months and 1(one) experienced Electrical Engineer at site for 12 months, taking measurements to prepare bill, recommendation of bill for payment, preparation of work completion report and As built drawings and preparation of interior design.
2) The qualifying mark is 70 out of 100 as set out over mentioned experience and other criteria. |

1. The EOI proposal submitted by the consulting firms/companies will be evaluated for selection to issue RFP in favor of them considering firm/company profile, past experiences, financial capability such as bank solvency, auditor’s report of last 5-years.
2. The consulting firms/companies shall have experiences of rendering consulting services for at least three numbers of 10 (ten) storied building having one basement during last 10 (ten) years in Government / Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization/ Govt. owned company like PGCB. The experience certificate for successful completion of consulting services shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent of the concerned department/ organization. |
