INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The firm will be responsible for providing, but not limited to, the following services/activities during its tenure.
The communication firm will be expected to:
• Arrange an international workshop to showcase and disseminate the achievements of HEQEP;
• Develop and telecast of 1(one) Video Documentary on HEQEP achievements;
• Produce a well-designed book-cum-album on HEQEP activities and achievements.

Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
The firm, company or consortium (more than one company) should have the following qualification at the minimum:
• Proven experience in organizing/preparing minimum 3nos. Video Documentary and success stories etc.;
• Have experience in arranging mega events with participation of 100 to 1500 people;
• More than 10 (ten) years of experience in media activities and at least 5 (five) years in respective professional areas;
• Availability of 10 (Ten) key professionals;
• Availability of resources (liquidity, hardware, software, artists and logistics);
• Technical resources regarding development and production of documentaries including movie camera for shooting unit, Editing Panel and IT graphics and animation unit etc.
• Must have updated valid trade license, Certification of Incorporation (if applicable), VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate, bank solvency certificate;
• Documents related to liquid asset/working capital/credit facility or their combination of Tk.60,00,000.00 (Taka Sixty Lac);
• At least 2/3 contract record, preferably with government agencies or international organizations;
• Proven record of financial and institutional soundness (including reasonable office space, instruments, manpower) of the firm. |

5. A consultant (Firm) will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers, January 2011. Applicable method will be ‘Selection under Fixed Budget (SFB)’.
