| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
(1) To collect Data from head office and field offices(Warehouses, Workshops,O&M complex,SE,Xen and project
offices etc).
(2) Classification of assets.
(3) Determine Condition Of Assets And listing of all assets of BREB.
(4) Determine Market Value Of Assets.
(5) Perform the revaluation of fixed assets in a professional manner and in accordance with Assets revaluation rules of Ministry Of finance,Bangladesh Accounting Standards,Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standards and Bangladesh Securities And Exchange Commission guideline.
(6) Prepare a draft report and Final asset revaluation Report.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

(a) Only enlisted valuer firm(s) of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission(BSEC) or any JVCA with a BSEC enlisted firm can participate in this process.As per BSEC guideline,the external Auditor of BREB is not eligible to participate.
(b) The firms shall have experiences in physical verification and valuation of fixed assets for any public Sector Utility or large industrial company.
(c) All certificates of experience from the clients will be in client’s letterhead indicating details address of client.
(d) The firm Shall have Vat/IT/Trade license and legal capacity to do the services.
(e) The firm have to submit a Bank statement as on 31/01/2018.
(f) The Consultant/Firm Shall Submit the Audit report for last three years.
(g) The Consultants/firms Shall have requisite number of Experienced Key professionals like Engineers/Cost accountant/valuer/surveyor to carry out the valuation services.A list of Partners,key professional,Articaled students,Course complete students, and Experience in similar working conditions should be submitted.
(h)Curriculum vitae with photograph and signature for key professional of the firm.
(i) Brochures submitted by the applicants summarizing their facilities and areas of expertise.
(j) The EOI shall be Submitted in three sets(One original &Two copies) On or before specific date and time to the office of Director Accounts,4th floor,BREB.The Proposals will be opened on Date:01/03/2018,Time:3.00pm in presence of the representatives of the EOI applicants(If any).The EOI Shall Be submitted in sealed envelope and clearly marked with name of the assignment to the office of inviting official.
