INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The firm will conduct In-depth Monitoring depending on approved ToR. The objective of this assignment is to conduct in-depth Monitoring of the project ‘Dhaka and Western Zone Transmission Grid Expansion Project’ in all aspects with the collaboration of project personnel and other staekeholders. To conduct the assignment the firm will review & present project related information (Background, Objectives, Status of project Approval/Revision, mode of financing & other relevant issues etc). The firm will also collect authentic data, review, analyze and present with graphical/tabular form of data in regards to overall progress & component wise implementation progress (physical and financial) of the project. The recommendations made by the consulting firm would be a guideline to implement this project as well as other similar projects in future. |

Interested Firms are hereby invited to submit EOI [7 set (1 Copy Original and 6 Copy)] along with the following documents:
a) Evidence of at least three (03) years of prior experience of the consulting firm in similar types of work.
b) A detailed description of all tasks, including the scope of required intellectual and professional services.
c) Proof of qualification for performing the described work, including the names, addresses, National ID numbers, contact numbers, educational qualifications, experience, and resources of the potential applicant(s).
d) A list of professional staff currently employed by the organization, including their names, National ID numbers, contact details, educational qualifications, professional experience, and service delivery capacity.
e) The organization’s updated (2024–25) Income Tax Certificate containing the QR code.
f) A valid/updated Trade License.
g) If registered as a company, proof of registration, Memorandum and Articles of Association, the company’s updated website information, and email address.
h) Information about the organization’s own office; if rented, the rental agreement, along with details on office space, facilities designated for training, and a list of other logistics, as well as a statement of Bank Solvency of a specific amount.
i) The organization’s audit reports for the current and previous two fiscal years, including the annual turnover.
j) The organization’s overall profile along with attested copies of all relevant certificates must be attached.

1. • Expected duration of the contract is 04 (four) months.
• Expression of Interest (EOI) must be submitted with a letter of consent mentioning title of study signed by the appropriate authority of the firm.
• All documents should be accompanied by a table of content having continuous page numbering.
2. The assignment is to be completed in a single phase. The tentative start and completion deadline, reporting obligation will be specified in the ToR.
3. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or rejects all EOI’s. |
