| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The farm will conduct in-depth monitoring depending on approved ToR. The objective of this assignment is to conduct in-depth monitoring of the project “Program on Agricultural And Rural Transformation For Nutrition, Entrepreneurship And Resilience in Bangladesh (PARTNER) (BADC Part)” in all aspects in collaboration with the project authority, concern ministry/division, agencies and all potential stakeholders. The findings of the proposed study will show the effectiveness of the project, how far changes created and how the livelihood of beneficiaries as well as in the society is benefitted due to the establishment. The consulting farm will also identify the limitations, challenges, shortfall or any other issues during and after the project implementation. Based on the finding, the recommendations made by the consulting farm would be a guideline to direct in project selection, preparation and implementation of similar nature of project in future. |

01. Interested Firms are hereby invited to submit Eol containing printed brochures (showing organizational identity and background), Legal Documents, bank Solvency showing managerial and financial standing (according to PPA 2006/Public Procurement (Amendment) Ordinance 2025 and PPR 2008/PPR 2025), Legal Trade license, VAT Registration Certificate, Valid TIN Certificate, Nationality Certificate of Authorized person, Voter ID Card of authorized person. 02.The assignment will be completed in a single phase. The tentative start and completion deadline, reporting obligation will specified in the RFP.
