| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The specific objectives of the assignment are -
16.1 The consultant organization will perform the In-depth Monitoring work according to the TOR determined;
16.2 Public Procurement Laws 2006 and Rules 2008 to be followed in appointing consultant organizations in the In-depth Monitoring;
16.3 The In-depth Monitoring work must be completed within a maximum of 04 (four) months from the date of contract execution;
16.4 Review to check whether the activities under the project were conducted in accordance with the approved work plan, DPP or RDPP;
16.5 Review and analysis of the project activities to assess whether the objectives of the project could be achieved;
16.6 The outcome of the proposed study will show the effectiveness of the project and the recommendation made by the consulting firm would be a guideline to implement similar project in future.

a. The consulting firm have 3years of works experience in relevant field & Submit proof of experience;
b. A detailed description of all intellectual and professional services works experiences be submitted in PDS format;
c. Prospective applicants/applicants must provide name, address, national identity card number, contact number, educational qualifications, experience and asset information as proof of eligibility;
d. Information on the names, addresses, national identity card numbers, contact numbers, educational qualifications, experience, and service delivery capabilities of the professional staff working in the organization must be mentioned;
e. Updated 2024-2025 FY Tax payment certificate of the firm with QR code;
f. Valid/Updated Trade Licence of the firm;
g. If registered as a company, proof of incorporation certificate, company constitution, updated website & email;
h. Company own office, rental agreement (if rented), office space, specific training facilities and other logistical information must be mentioned;
i. Bank solvency certificate with specific amount;
j. Audit Report of the current year & Previous two years including Annual Turnover &
k. Must be attested copies of all certificates along with the overall profile of the organization; |
