| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

As described in the Tender Document as well as:
a)The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of overall experience in the role of Contractor or Subcontractor or Contract Management or Partner of JVCA.
b) Tenderer shall have minimum specific experience of successfully completing at least one (1) contract that is similar nature to the proposed contract where the Tenderer’s participation (as single entity or leading partner/partner of JVCA or management contractor or subcontractor) of an EPC/Turnkey contract shall be minimum BDT 16,00,00,000.00 (Sixteen Crore) or equivalent Foreign Currency during the last ten (10) years. Years counting backward from the publication of IFT in the newspaper. The similarity of the Tenderer’s participation shall be based on the physical size of at least 15 MMSCFD capacity District Regulating Station (DRS)/City Gate Station (CGS)/Regulating & Metering Station (RMS)/Town Border Station (TBS) on EPC/Turnkey basis.
