| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (five) years.
b. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of maximum 03 (three) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 20 (twenty) years, with cumulative contract value of at least Tk. 25.00 Crore.
c. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: None
d. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40.00 Crore.
(a) Credit line(s): To be authenticated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh. Need to be furnished unconditional credit line in accordance with the format specified (Form PG3-8) of tender document without alteration.
(b) Working Capital: Substantiated by last year’s Audit Report.
e. The required information regarding claims under litigation shall be current or during the last 05 (five) years.
f. The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the last 3(three) years. |
