INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) Tenderer must have experience in supplying vehicle for 03(Three) years in any Ministry/Division / Authority/Agency / Government Company / Government Organization / Government Project / Consultant’s organization for the foreign aided project.
b) Tenderer must have experience of at least 01 (One) completed contract of Supplying Vehicle on a basis with a value of at least Taka 110.00 Lakh in the last 03 (Three) years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets/current capital/Bank loan facility shall be at least Taka 21.00 Lakh.
d) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least the amount of taka 82.00 Lakh over the last 03 (Three) years.
e) Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract under the applicable Law.
f) Tenderer shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in Bangladesh.
g) Tenderer shall have fulfilled its to pay taxes under the provisions of the Laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
Special Instruction:
a) ?????????? ?????? ???????? Government principle of Outsourcing document 2018 & Latest circulars/revisions of this Principle (???????? ????????? ???? ????? ????????, ???? ??????? ???? ??????? ???????? ???? ????? ????????), shall be applicable.
b) The Vehicle must be supplied as per the specification and configuration attached in Tender Document.
c) Authority will request to supply the Vehicle at a time or according to demand (need).
d) Authority will have the right to change or add any condition that does not conflict with government rules. Authority can accept/reject any tender without showing any reason.
e) If a Tender is submitted by hiding or falsifying any information and later it is identified, then the agreement will be canceled despite the agreement being done, and necessary steps will be taken according to the Law.
f) Any solicitation or personal communication will be considered illegibility.
g) The Request for Tender will be available on the Website: www.rhd.gov.bd, www.rthd.gov.bd of Bangladesh National Portal, and website www.cptu.gov.bd of the central procurement technical unit. |
