INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
Tenderer shall have the following level of supply experience to qualify for supplying the goods and related services under the contract:
a) Tenderer shall have the minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
b) The minimum Specific experience shall be the successful and satisfactory completion of Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Sub-Station of minimum BDT Tk. 160.00 (One Hundred and sixty) Lakh under single contract within the last 05 (Five) years, i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e- GP System;
i. In case of the supply was done under PWD the above certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer
ii. In case of the supply was done under any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of the concerned area of execution of work.
iii. In case of the work was done under/in private organization/ building, the certifying authority shall be owner/ client/ user and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of concerned area of execution of work.
c) The minimum amount of free fund(liquid assets) i.e. working capitals or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT Tk. 180.00(One Hundred and Eighty) Lakh. Document of liquid assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission of tender. Certificate of the unconditional liquid asset must be submitted in prescribed form published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
d)The minimum supply and/or production capacity: 02 (Two) Nos (500 KVA) Transformer per year.
e) All other requirments must comply with Tender Data Sheet; |

The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers or JVCA as mentioned below:
1. Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Similar Nature Works.
2. Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) Number of Building Construction work including Civil, Sanitary and Internal & External Electrical work Amounting to Tk. 140.00 [One Hundred and Forty point zero ] Lakh during last 5(five) years in a Single Contract in Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 100.00 [One hundred point zero] Lakh during the last 5(Five) Years. Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderers shall have minimum Liquid assets i.e Credit Line(s) Tk. 50.00 [Fifty point zero] Lakh. Document Submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed form for Line of Credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW-2a of tender and Contract forms.
5. Tenderers shall have minimum Tender Capacity Shall be Tk. 140.00 [One Hundred and Forty point zero] Lakh.
6. The Tenderer shall submit with his Tender :
(a) Upto date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(b) Upto date Trade License.
(c) Valid VAT Registration Certificate from the concerned office.
(d) ABC Electrical Work and Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrification Board.
