INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(i). The Tenderer/ Tenderer’s principal (local/ foreign boat building yard) shall have the experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Taka 90 crores (Taka Ninety crore only).
(ii). The Tenderer/ Tenderer’s principal (local/ foreign boat building yard) must have the experience of building offered proven Armoured/ Bullet proof High speed Boat at his/ designated yard.
(iii). The Tenderer must have the Authorization certificate from Tenderer’s principal (local/ foreign boat building yard) to supply offered proven design Armoured/ Bullet proof high speed boat.
(iv). The required average annual turnover of Tenderer/Tenderer’s principal shall be greater than Tk. 60 crores (Taka Sixty crore only) or equivalent in BDT in last 3 years.
(v). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer/ Tenderer’s principal shall be 144 crore (Taka One Hundred Forty Four crore only).
