i) Manufacturer must have valid ISO relevant certificate.
ii) Manufacturer must have overall 10 years’ specific experience of relevant field.
iii) Supplier must have relevant valid Registration/License of firm. Supplier must also submit manufacturer authorization letter from manufacture company.
iv) Bonafide Service Providers or their authorized agents of all countries except which Countries do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.

i) Tender must remain valid for 148 days from the date of closing of the tender.
ii) The tender security must remain valid for 120 days from the date of closing of the tender.
iii) Mode of Shipment: By Air
iv) Country of Loading: Must be Provided
v) Annual Maintenance Contact: For 03 (Three) years
vi) Delivery Time: 120 Days
vii) Amount of tender security: BDT 360,000.00 or USD 3000.00 in the form of Bank Guarantee / Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh or from any reputable foreign bank duly endorsed by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh located in Dhaka with full obligation & liabilities.
viii) If tender opening day happens to fall on any holiday or any unavoidable Circumstance such as,strike or political unrest etc. tenders shall be opened at the same hours on the first subsequent working day.
ix) This notice will also be available in www.petrobangla.org.bd, www.bapex.com.bd, www.cptu.gov.bd
